For the 2026 summer season, we are looking for:
Chef de Partie
The Chef de Partie reports directly to the Head Chef. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of proven experience in this role and:
- has mastered cooking techniques and food preparation for the main food categories
- is familiar with à la carte, buffet, and banquet service
- possesses solid expertise in regional Abruzzese and Italian cuisine
- actively collaborates with the Head Chef on menus and dish rotations
- works independently within their section while maintaining high company standards
- ensures compliance with HACCP regulations and workplace safety
- demonstrates problem-solving skills, teamwork, and flexibility
- manages orders and inventory according to standards and forecasts
Preferred qualification: experience in multiple sections.
Kitchen Assistant
The Kitchen Commis assists the Chef de Partie with day-to-day operations. One year of experience in 4- or 5-star establishments is required, along with:
- basic knowledge of food preparation and preservation techniques
- familiarity with mise en place and support for service operations (à la carte, banquets)
- willingness to learn Italian and Abruzzese cuisine
- precision in managing orders and department inventories
- strict adherence to HACCP health and safety standards
- ability to work under pressure and as part of a team
- flexibility with work hours during summer peak seasons
Plus: internships at high-end seasonal restaurants.
Receptionist/Reception Intern
The Receptionist welcomes guests and manages front desk operations. At least 1 year of experience in a 4-star hotel is required, as well as:
- fluency in Italian and conversational English
- proficiency in PMS systems (Opera/Cloud PMS/Fidelio) and reservation management
- management of check-in/check-out, cash registers, and housekeeping
- knowledge of additional services (transfers, excursions, events)
- excellent interpersonal skills and quick problem-solving abilities
- flexibility to work 24-hour shifts (morning/afternoon/night)
- basic knowledge of GDPR privacy regulations and customer security
Plus: a second foreign language (German/Russian).
Bartender/Beach Bar Manager
The Bartender manages the hotel’s beach club and lounge bar. We require 2 years of experience in a beach club or 4-5 star hotel, as well as:
- preparation of classic and signature cocktails (fresh fruit, non-alcoholic drinks)
- managing mise en place, inventory, and supplier orders
- providing prompt service for à la carte, events, and happy hour
- knowledge of Mediterranean and Abruzzo drinks (local rosoli)
- ability to provide light entertainment and upselling
- compliance with food/beverage safety regulations and HACCP
- teamwork with the kitchen and dining room for events
Plus: experience with corporate events and weddings.
